The Freedom Apple Tree is known for being exceptionally disease resistant.  This tree is ideal for areas with apple scab, powdery mildew, cedar apple rust, and fire blight issues.  Freedom produces large bright-red fruit with a juicy tender flesh great for fresh eating, cider, juicing, and cooking.  This apple variety is an easy care apple!   The spread on this vigorous tree has a beautiful canopy.  Cold hardy. Freedom blooms three days after McIntosh and ripens with Red Delicious.

Ripens in late September.
