The Persian Green Plum Tree (Goje Sabz) yields fruit that is a small to medium tart plum with a dark yellow flesh. If eaten while small and green, the fruit is often seasoned with salt to bring out its sour flavor and crunch. The fruit can also be left on the tree to ripen as small, soft, sweet and juicy plums.

Trees are 4-5′ with a 1/2″ caliper
